WHAT IT IS TRUE, GOD'S REPRESENTATIVE GOVERNMENT?

1. Introduction
For a long time, the state / government hijacked or manipulated letters Bible (Romans 13: 1-7) for justification & legitimation of cruelty, crime, atrocities and acts of robbery committed against the people. Without studying and understanding to background of Romans, by State / ruler took refuge behind the letter of Rome.
The cover up to cruelty of State, are verses from Romans 13: 1-7 the quoted in full and delivered in the pulpits then remarks. Manipulating the verses of God's Word into greatest evil.
Therefore, in this paper, as the accountability of faith, and author reviews then the three theological approaches, namely: of State Theology, the State Church and Theology and then Prophetic in Theology. Follow the review briefly.
2. Three Forms of Theology
Theologians, a officials / the rulers and non theologians, are always caught up in what the authorities have to said so far. We are all victims of interests. We all swallow whole and raw without criticizing what the authorities say it.
2.1. State Theology

The Church adheres to State the Church of Theology (GTN) always promotes government programs in the pulpits of the church. TGN it's very close to the authorities and to the letters from Romans 13: 1-17 are conveyed vulgarly without understanding to background it letter.
Of Theology State the Church has conveys the truth, to justice, to love, and peace, then hope, so salvation, from sin, into eternal life, the name of God, is Jesus and the Holy Spirit from the pulpits.
However, from Church leaders, like pastors to pastors who adhere to be Theology of State the Church always to stand with the government and then say to people of God / takyat.
O people, you do not fight the government is God's representative. You don't do demonstrations against the representative government of God. However, they have never rebuked the government, hey, you, the government should not do violence to God's people. Even more cruel is the pastors and pastors always blaming God's people. Because God's people are considered against the government.
Church leaders, pastors and pastors who believe in the Theology of the State Church do not see with the eyes of faith and heart of the values of justice, the truth and peace of the right to life, the political rights voiced / fought for by God's people.
Church leaders, pastors and pastors who believe TGN faithfully become bumpers or shields from ruthless, cruel and evil rulers.
2.3. Prophetic Theology
Church leaders, Pastors and Shepherds who embrace Prophetic Theology always faithfully stand together with the oppressed, persecuted people of God. They always become voices for God's voiceless people.
These Church leaders, Pastors, Shepherds, stand and are guided by the Word of God and the commandments of God. They are with faith, with moral strength always standing together with the people who fight for the right to life, political rights, justice, truth, love & peace, hope.
They become friends of small people who are neglected, humiliated and silent.
What basis is held by adherents to Prophetic Theology?
"The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he anointed me, to deliver the good news to the poor; and he sent me to proclaim deliverance to the captives, and to the sight of the blind, to deliver people those who are oppressed ... "(Luke 4: 18-19).
Based on the power and mandate of the Spirit of the Lord, the Shepherds opposed and opposed the government that had the character of thieves and robbers and murderers. Because Jesus said:
"Thieves come only to steal and kill and destroy; I come so that they have life, and have it in all abundance." (John 10:10).
